Orbitals is a split-screen multiplayer game that follows the structure of titles like It Takes Two and Split Fiction. With absurdly striking visuals reminiscent of 1980s anime, fun and accessible gameplay, and a campaign that leaves you wanting more, this is an excellent Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive.

Star Wars Zero Company is a cinematic and engaging gateway into the tactical genre, capable of captivating those who seek a grand narrative in the Star Wars universe, even if they’ve never been interested in this type of game before. However, the lack of depth in its builds, difficulty balancing issues, and the scarcity of endgame content prevent it from reaching the level of the genre’s giants, despite coming very close.

Onimusha: Way of the Sword not only rescues the franchise but elevates it to a new level, positioning itself as one of the best games in Capcom's recent history. The edge of the sword has been sharpened with perfection, patience, and respect for the source material. Without a doubt, one of the best releases of the year!

The Blood of Dawnwalker is a great first step by Rebel Wolves. With well-written characters, a mature story, and a fascinating lore, the game is entertaining and leaves a huge taste of 'wanting more.' Unfortunately, it just isn't better due to a problematic technical side that shows the game needed more time in the oven.

After a curious wait, Elden Ring finally arrives on the Nintendo Switch 2 through its Tarnished Edition. Containing all the content from the base game, the expansive Shadow of the Erdtree DLC, and some new classes and armor, this is a vast, epic, and challenging game that deserves to be played (or replayed) by everyone who appreciates FromSoftware’s titles — especially when we’re talking about a portable version with surprisingly strong technical performance.

Although it boasts an outstanding artistic design and is technically almost flawless, Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy parades down a runway full of inconsistencies, with a convenient story and highly repetitive gameplay.

Konami has once again shown that the Metal Gear Solid franchise is definitely back, bringing back two of the most iconic titles from the PlayStation 3 and PSP era. With visual improvements, modernized controls, and the addition of Brazilian Portuguese subtitles, the collection offers a more accessible way to experience some of the most important stories in Snake’s journey.

Ground Zero Hero actually offers more content than its “budget cousins,” but it is far from possessing the shine (literally) that its main inspirations managed to deliver.

Mortal Shell 2 is one of the most surprising sequels I’ve ever seen, evolving practically every aspect of the first game while applying precise modernizations that don’t compromise the franchise’s DNA. A colossal AA title that holds its own against competitors with much larger budgets!

The Lord of the Rings: War in the North Legacy Edition is not the remaster many might have expected, but it manages to prove that its formula still works. The adventure retains fun combat, solid RPG elements, and a campaign that greatly benefits from the ability to switch characters during missions.

Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls manages to carve out its own space among Marvel fighting games. The 4v4 system works very well, and Arc System Works’ art direction perfectly matches the characters. The single-player content could be more robust, but especially online, there is a solid foundation for those who plan to spend many hours learning and refining their teams.
